Below is the first reported clash on a 2023 American Women Quarter, it is specifically on the 2023P Edith Kanaka’ole. It is stronger on the obverse showing a legible “EDITH” on Washington’s head along with a few other details in and around the obverse and reverse. Please see the photos below.
