This is a simple die clash that is found on a 1959, 10 Centavos form Colombia. The clash mark seen in front of the Indian’s forehead and nose is from the cloth fold on the reverse. The reverse die shows the recprocating die clash from the cloth fold down to the 9 digit of the date. Both the obverse and reverse show large die cracks.
