This appears to be a dual clash event that is found on a 1919P Lincoln cent.
While one clash mark from the N of CENT is plainly visible under Lincoln’s chin, a light doubling of a line to the east of that clash mark indicates that there was a second event.
This may have been caused by die chatter or an actual second clashing of the dies.
The reverse die shows the throat area and part of Lincoln’s coat clashed into the N of CENT.
