This clash event happened on a 1978D Eisenhower dollar.

The reverse die is the only die to show this clash event. Notice the line, generated by the top of Ike’s head, through the crater area. Also notice the top of the E from LIBERTY, clashed into the area between the D and O of DOLLAR.
