This 1949 Canadian 5 cent coin shows a radical MAD clash. The area that shows the clash marks is the inner ear of King George VI. A close examination of the actual clash marks reveals two clash events that may have occurred when the opposing die was dropped onto the obverse die and then bounced at least once.
