The 2007-P Washington Statehood quarter (Montana) shows two sets of clash marks slightly offset from each other. This offset resulted in the formation of a counter clash.

A faint extra jaw line can be seen(indicted by black arrows) to the right of the steer’s skull.

The above image clearly show two clash marks left by the jaw line of the steer’s skull on the reverse.
