This 1999P Lincoln cent shows two rotated clash events. Due to the slight offset that occurred between the events a counter die clash was created. The overlays show the relative position of the dies when they did clash during each event.

The image below shows the two clash events and the counter clash (indicated by the black arrow) which is a doubling of the line formed by Lincoln’s forehead.
The left side of the obverse shows a clearer picture of the two clash events that occurred.
Only the stronger of the two clash events can be seen in the image to the left. Notice the clash marks left by Lincoln’s ear under column 5, below the base line.
