CCL(TI)-1c-1982(SD-CU)-02
This 1982(P) small date copper Lincoln cent had two clash events, offset from each other. This resulted in a Type I counterclash being formed. The overlays seen below show the position of the dies when they did clash. This coin is in the collection of Joe Koelling.
The counterclash (see black arrow below) is part of the Lincoln’s collar that was transferred back to the obverse during the second clash event.
