Mike Diamond states ” here are some photos of the 2010 British 2-pound coin with a super-clash.  As I anticipated, there is full reciprocal transfer of the design.  What I didn’t anticipate is that when this coin was struck, the reverse die was rotated about 120 degrees counterclockwise relative to the obverse face.  However, the dies were in approximately normal medal rotation when the clash itself occurred.  I suspect that the impact knocked one or both of the dies loose”.
