This is an abraided dual event die clash with two clashes. One clash event (the stronger of the two) is a slightly rotated die clash with the upper portion of the Memorial building showing on the lower bust of the obverse of the coin. The second or later die clash (which is the weaker of the two) is slightly misaligned.
