ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-98
This 1960D(SD) Lincoln cent shows just two clash events. Since both clash events left clash marks only on the reverse die, it is presumed that the obverse die has been changed out.

The first clash event shows an offset between the dies when they did clash. The overlay indicates that offset.
The second clash event left a faint line through the NE of ONE and the C of CENT. This line was produced by the top of Lincoln’s head and the field. Notice the die crack that joins (black arrows) the letters C and E of the word CENT. This is an identifier for these clash events.
Another identifier for these clash events is seen above the left cornice edge. Three vertical, strong die scratches can be seen in the field above that device.
