The above pictures show a tilted die clash that is found on a 1960D small date Lincoln cent. Noticeable is the top of the TE from the word STATES under Lincoln’s bust. Also note that the line left by the bottom of Lincoln’s bust is slightly askew from normal.

This die can be recognized by the die chip seen in the R of LIBERTY and the heavy die scratching through the word CENT.
