ADC-10c-2001-01
This broad struck (struck outside the collar) 2001 Roosevelt dime exhibits three sets of clash marks. The sets are closely spaced and may have occurred during one clashing of the dies due to die chatter (a loose die causing an affect similar to machine doubling).
This coin is courtesy of Fred Weinberg of Fred Weinberg & Co.
The picture below shows the clash marks left by the NE of ONE, located by the Y of LIBERTY, the PL of PLURIBUS by Roosevelt’s eye brow and the olive branch in and around his nose.
While the three sets of clash marks are not evident in the first picture, a close up of the same area shows the three distinctive sets of clashes in the second picture.
The third picture shadows the clash mark left by the torch’s flame by Roosevelt’s Adams apple. Notice that the N in IN GOD has been distorted by the broad strike so that it appears to be a R.
