ADC-10c-1983-01
Below is a 1983 Roosevelt Dime showing a strong clashed die on the obverse and reverse. Parts of EP from E PLURIBUS UNUM, ON from ONE and some of the leaves from the olive branch are seen in behind and on Roosevelt’s face. The negative shape of the oak leaves can just be seen below the ear and parts of the flames from the torch appear below the chin. On the reverse it is curious, there appears to be remnants of a second clash and what may turn out to be a T1 Counterclash of an olive; there are no indications of a second clash on the obverse, so for now I will leave it in the ADC section – further study may be needed. MM can be used as a marker.
