This is a three event die clash, evident by the three “talon” clashmarks seen on Ike’s temple on this 1971-D minted dollar

As lo seen are three lip clash marks in the field just to the left of Ike’s lips.

The reverse die shows a faint clashmark from the chin of Ike.
